Tele Callers / Customer Support Executive
Job Description :
- Should have Good communication in English, Hindi or Malayalam with Tamil languages.
- Able to understand the ERP system and Responsible for daily data /leads checking, monitoring and update.
- Explain web site features to customers over the phone and create value for customers.
- Understanding the customer requirements or problem and encourage, guiding them to use the application
- Discuss and share the customer requirements and issues with Internal Team – Daily reports.
- Strictly follow the application business rule and use it.
- Should have basic knowledge in Computer Skills, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Good Team player
Qualification: Any Degree Bachelor.
Role: Tele caller / Customer Support Executive
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time
Work Timing: 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM
Working Days: Mon to Sat ( 2nd and 4th Sat holiday)
